I am excited to announce the launch of Building a Better Tomorrow, my new consulting practice designed to advance the well-being of LGBTQ+ people by strengthening the organizations that provide support, programs and services for us. With 30+ years of experience in leadership roles for both the business and nonprofit sectors as well as roles within state and local government agencies, I am excited for this new path!

Integral to this process is Board Governance and Human Resource policy development and implementation, which provides a solid foundation for leadership and staff engagement. Equally critical is compliance development and evaluation, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
